NetPlay TV plc is to launch its Live Roulette channel on Freesat, the fledgling free-to-air rival to Sky.
Launched in May 2008, Freesat is a not-for-profit TV service funded by the BBC and ITV providing subscription-free digital television to 98 per cent of UK households, offering more than 80 TV, radio and interactive channels.
Competition Channels
All Freesat viewers have to fork out is a one-off payment for the receiving equipment. Freesat aims to have up to 200 channels on air by Christmas.
NetPlay already operates interactive gaming services including Live Roulette, Live Black Jack and Big Box Bingo, on SKY and Freeview.
