Government chiefs in Vietnam are studying five online casino games amid fears that they are attracting too many young people.
The five online card games — Baccarat, Black Jack, Baduki, Seven Poker and Gostop — are distributed by the Hong-Kong based Pacific Company.
Violence
Now, after a complaint from the Department of Information and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City — formerly Saigon — they will be put under the microscope to see if they break Vietnamese law.
Three other “shoot-em-up” games which have violent elements — Sudden Attack by Vinagame, Special Force by FPT Online, and Cross Fire by VTC Intercom — are also under investigation and could be pulled from Vietnamese web sites as well.
